Penney Paving’s water and sewer crew have many years of experience installing storm drainage systems plus water and sewer pipes on highway and municipal projects.
Like much of our work, these projects involve working with the public and working around public roads. As such, we always take care to keep the public informed about the work that we’re doing and ensure that as we work we provide minimal delays and disruptions to commuters.
